  • How fit do I need to be?

You’ll need a reasonable level of general fitness and confidence being outdoors for multiple hours per day. You don’t need to be an endurance athlete — just open to challenge and movement in winter conditions.

  • Do I need previous fat biking or mountain biking experience?

Not at all. This experience is designed for beginners and intermediate riders. Our expert instructors will guide you through the basics of fat biking and cold-weather riding techniques throughout the week.

  • How cold does it get and is it safe?

Northern Sweden in winter can reach temperatures of –10°C to –25°C. Safety is paramount. You’ll be coached in cold-weather awareness, layering systems and emergency protocols. All activities are closely monitored and professionally supported.
